Schmidt Technology Group develops and operates a network of hyperlocal digital platforms that connect people, businesses, and opportunities within local communities. Our Services include community marketplaces, job boards, real estate listings, event calendars, and other locally-focused digital properties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHMIDT TECHNOLOGY GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schmidt Technology Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
